What we collect
We collect only what is needed to cook and deliver your order: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, delivery address (including unit, floor and building access notes), the number of people eating, any dietary restrictions or allergies you tell us about, and your order and delivery history.
For business customers we also hold a contact person, company name, delivery timing requirements and, where invoicing requires it, billing details.
How we collect it
Almost always directly from you, in a WhatsApp conversation, by email, or through our Facebook page. We do not buy contact lists and we do not scrape contact details from anywhere.
This website does not have an order form or a customer account system. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to create.
Why we hold it
To plan purchasing and cooking, to deliver to the right address at the right time, to honour allergies and dietary requests, to contact you if a delivery is delayed, and to keep a record of what you have ordered so the menu does not repeat too soon.
We also keep basic records for accounting purposes where payment has been made.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your address or phone number with other businesses for marketing. We do not run advertising retargeting based on your order history.
We do not ask for identity card numbers, and we do not store card details – payment is by DuitNow or bank transfer, handled by your own bank.
Who can see it
Our own small kitchen and delivery team, only to the extent needed to prepare and deliver your order. We are a family-run kitchen, not a large organisation with many departments.
We may disclose information if required by law, for example to a regulator or a court order.
How long we keep it
Active customer details are kept while you are ordering and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Accounting records are kept as long as Malaysian tax and business record-keeping requirements apply.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to retain a payment record.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, ask us to stop messaging you, or ask us to delete your details. A WhatsApp message or email is enough – there is no form to fill in.
If you tell us to stop contacting you, we will, and we will not pass your number to anyone else instead.
