Orders and confirmation
Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. An order exists once we have confirmed your delivery area, package, start date and price. Prices are quoted per order because they depend on package size, frequency and delivery area; they are not published as a fixed list.
We may decline an order if your address is outside our practical delivery range, if we cannot meet the timing, or if capacity for a large booking is not available.
Menu and substitutions
We do not operate a fixed menu. Dishes rotate daily based on what is freshest at the market and what has been delivered recently. Photographs on this website are examples of past deliveries, not a list of dishes available to order.
Where an ingredient is unavailable we will substitute a comparable dish rather than omit it.
Delivery
We deliver on a planned daily route. Arrival falls within a consistent window rather than at an exact minute, and may vary with traffic or public holiday schedules. Delivery is free within selected areas; outside them we will tell you whether service is practical before you order.
Deliveries to condominiums and office buildings are subject to building access rules. Please tell us about guardhouse registration, lift restrictions or loading bay requirements in advance.
Payment
Payment is arranged when your order is confirmed, by DuitNow or bank transfer. We do not process card payments and do not store card details.
For recurring business arrangements, invoicing terms are agreed in advance.
Changes, pauses and cancellation
You may pause, change headcount, skip a day or stop altogether by messaging us. Because purchasing and cooking are planned ahead, please give as much notice as you can; changes requested after we have shopped and started cooking for a given day may not be possible.
For large one-off bookings, late cancellation may not be refundable where ingredients have already been purchased. We will always tell you the position honestly rather than applying a hidden penalty.
Food safety and your responsibility
Meals are cooked fresh and intended to be eaten soon after delivery. If you are not eating immediately, refrigerate promptly and reheat thoroughly. We cannot be responsible for food left at room temperature for extended periods after delivery.
You are responsible for telling us about allergies and dietary restrictions before you order. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot accommodate.
What we do not claim
We are not a halal-certified kitchen and our menu includes pork on some days. We do not publish calorie counts or nutritional tables because we have not had dishes laboratory-tested. Any description of our food on this website is a plain description of how it is cooked, not a medical or nutritional claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
